Building companies, products, agent teams, what's next
at the speed of AI.
Founder of Pod, board member at Priveo Santé. Most alive at the edge where a new AI capability turns into a working company, and busy finding out which industries it unlocks next.
Projects
What I’m building
Companies now, chapters before, one side quest.
Exploration
What I'm exploring right now
An informal venture-exploration arm: the themes I'm actively experimenting with, ahead of whatever gets built next.
capability × harness
Agent orchestration
Teams of agents doing real work, and the infrastructure that makes them dependable.
Orchestrating agents is only half the job. The other half is the harness: the context they inherit, the guardrails they operate inside, the review loops that catch them. I'm building both, and writing about both: workflows where research, follow-up, and coordination run autonomously, on infrastructure that turns a capable model into a dependable teammate.
Writing
What I’m thinking out loud
Essays, podcasts, and interviews.

Chatbot, copilot, autonomous agent: three kinds of AI that get conflated, and what separates a tool that answers from one that acts.
How to Crack the AI Adoption Problem in Sales
AI adoption sounds like a tech problem. In practice it's behavioral: workflows, habits, and manager buy-in.
